Booking on Agoda
Agoda is a name people search when they want a hotel, especially in Makkah and Jeddah. The official site is where you search and pay. Khasmak does not list Agoda’s rooms on our side.
We do not republish Agoda’s scores or name a best hotel. The score on a hotel card belongs to that site’s users, and you read it there with its date.

Use Agoda in this order
Type the city and the district, not only the country
“Agoda Makkah” means you start the search with Makkah and then narrow the district. The Makkah hotel guide explains why the word near is not enough. Open the map on the listing you will pay for.
Lock the guests and the dates
Compare an Agoda listing with the same hotel on Expedia Saudi Arabia, Trip.com, or the chain site. If the headcount or the day differs, you are not comparing.
Read cancellation before the bright name
A lower non-refundable rate can cost more than a higher rate you can cancel free until a written date. The date matters more than the word flexible.
Separate Umrah from the room
Nusuk is the permit and package platform supervised by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. Paying for a room on Agoda does not issue that permit, and it can overlap lodging already inside a package.
| Search | What to do on Agoda | What not to expect |
|---|---|---|
| Makkah | District, then map, then total | A ready-made distance or a permit |
| Jeddah | Separate the sea from the airport on the map | That every photo is your room’s view |
| Saudi Arabia in general | One city per search | That the cheapest result is closest to your appointment |
Whether to open Agoda
Yes if
- You have a city and dates
- You will read the map and the cancellation rule
- You will compare a second site
Do not stop there if
- You need an Umrah permit
- You only need a flight: try the airline site
- You want a star rating from Khasmak
Finish the comparison on the provider’s site
Khasmak does not book for you. Open the site, enter the same dates, and read the total before you pay.
Questions travelers ask
Is Agoda the cheapest site?
We do not know for your dates. Compare the total with a second site on the same day.
Is an Agoda Makkah booking enough for Umrah?
Do not assume that. Read Nusuk for the permit or the package.
Do you publish an Agoda code?
No. Any code that appears at payment has its terms on their site.
Who do I complain to about the booking?
The company you paid, using the confirmation they sent. Khasmak cannot see your booking.
